About Oshkosh, Wisconsin

Oshkosh, Wisconsin has many tourist attractions including the 1836 Webster Stanley Cabin, the Chief Oshkosh Monument, Camp Bragg Marker, First World War Plaques and the William Waters Plaza.

Other places to visit are the 1844 Osborn House, the Carl Schurz Monument, the George Washinton Monument, Knaggs Ferry, and the World War II Memorial. Also of interest are the Coles Bashford House Official State Marker, the Cooper Wells Bridge, Globe Monument, Civil War Monument, the Spanish-American War Monument, the Red Arrow Division Monument and the Steve Wittman Official State Marker.

Oshkosh, Wisconsin is home to the Oshkosh North-Western daily newspaper. After reading the news, tourists enjoy a day at Powercom Speed Zone, the Grand Opera House and Morgan House. Also available are Gardenview Restaurant, McDorman’s Family Restaurant, Water City Grill, and New Moon Café. Don’t forget to try Fratello’s Italian Café, Vitale’s Italian Cuisine, Mario’s or the Fox River Pizza Buffet.
